Need carbs?

Here is a healthy, simple, step by step way to carb up and still get in your fats and protein.

(The camera quality is shitty because it was taken from my
Macbook.)

Step 1

Boil an entire box of pasta-

Boiling pasta
Add salt, high boil.

Step 2

Chop up parsley and mushroom while pasta boils-
fun fact* I made this cutting board in 8th grade tech.

Mushrooms + Kale
By this time, the pasta should be ready for the next step.

Step 3

Strain pasta over an empty sink-

Pasta straining.
Self explanatory.

Step 4

Using the same pot, brown some ground beef-

Ground beef
1lb beef w black pepper & sriacha.

Step 5

Once all the pink is gone, add veggies-

Keep heat on low-med.

Step 6

Add cooked pasta, entire jar of pasta sauce(tomato), half a jar of cottage cheese, and a whole bag of shredded cheese to the mix-

Mix everything together while cooking on low-med heat.

Now you have food for the next 2 days. All of your carbs, fats, and protein requirements should be easy to reach.
